Medicine Shipment

• 1. Medicines for upto 3 months alone can be shipped strictly.
• 2. Medicine name in the Prescription and the medicine must match either in composition or name
• 3. Sleeping dosage and narcotics cannot be shipped.

  • c. batch number
  • d. expiry date
• 4. For ayurvedic and homeo medicines the following is a must in each of the container:
• 5. Original bill is a must for all medicines.(including across the counter medicines)
• 6. Prescription in original (incase not available- same can be obtained locally at extra cost)

Documents Required

• 1. Delivery address with full name and phone number
• 2. Sender proof Aadhar card of somebody other than the name that appears in prescription and delivery address
• 3. Passport copy and visa copy of patient
• 4. Incase of greencard holder or permanent resident - USA passport or green card copy

Duration

• 1. Depends on customs min 6-7 days
• 2. However we will be supporting you with all the documents required and follow up with customs too

Rate

• 1. Courier charges (First 500 g - Rs 3500/- , For every additional 500g - Rs 1000/-)
• 2. Service charge (SC)
• 3. SIncase we purchase medicine : 10% of bill value or 250(min) whichever higher
• 4. Incase medicine is given by client -SC =Rs 500/-
• 5. If in customs, Duty charges will be apply and the same will be charged directly to client.
